Facebook followers might have seen that I am doing a 30 day Water Challenge starting TODAY, Sunday March 1st. I am trying (scratch that) going to drink one gallon of water daily for 30 days and see how it changes my body and my health. I drink water, but definitely NOT a gallon or even enough. Water is so important for our bodies and I definitely can notice when I am not drinking enough. 6am ONLY---6 spots ONLY. Great low impact, strength based class. Uses YOUR body weight---you control your workout, small group training for a more personalized workout.<br />

Wednesday/Friday 6ams are Tabata! Rancho Grande Park<br />
High Intensity Intervals, fast workouts, fast results, fast FUN! Can be low impact if needed.<br />

Wednesday 9:15 is CardioCore! Rancho Grande Park and other 5 cities locations<br />
Focused on cardiovascular endurance and strengthening those CORES. <br />

Our classes offer small group training at group fitness prices. Most gyms/studios etc are asking $20+/hour for a small group training---not us. $10 a class when paying for the session or $13 for drop-ins. You will not be lost in the class, you will not be able to hide in the back, you will be challenged, you will be noticed, AND you will leave our class stronger, healthier, and PROUD!<br />

SuperBowl Sunday----it's here! Drinks, food, fun, laughter are all involved---indulge, but don't OVER INDULGE. That means, if you love a certain treat, enjoy it but say there is other food there that just isn't that special to you, pass it by. Think of SuperBowl as a treat: out of the ordinary, special, etc. Not an everyday type of eating/activity! Enjoy the day with family and friends. Ally and I are headed down to Knotts Berry Farm for the day. We enjoy most of the day there and then when the Super Bowl starts, we drive home. NO TRAFFIC...it's the best! I am always so impressed and inspired by your dedication to making yourselves healthier, stronger and fitter despite any of those obstacles. <div>

Here are some Holiday Health tips: </div>

1. Write down your goals. </div>

--Make sure you have a visual reminder...have it posted somewhere so you can see it everyday. You are more likely to stay true to that goal if you can focus on it daily.</div>

2. Pack your lunch and healthy snacks. </div>
<div>
--Bring a prepared lunch and healthy snacks for during the day so you can indulge in those yummy holiday treats when they arise. No guilt! </div>

3. Commit to a workout/exercise schedule. </div>
<div>
--Make appointments with exercise that you will keep. Pay for a session up front, schedule exercise dates with friends, pay yourself $1-$5 every time you keep a date and treat yourself to a pedicure! </div>

4. Sign up for a holiday-themed race. </div>
<div>
--Participate in the turkey trot. Heck even Black Friday can be a workout---dash, grab, duck, jump, etc. :)</div>

It's Halloween week, how do you stay on track during this week? We work hard during our workouts, don't completely sabotage them by overindulging in Halloween yummies. Choose the ones you really love and pick a certain time to enjoy them. I like a little something sweet with my afternoon coffee. <br />
