Last week for SLO Bootcamp, then a one week break, and we will be back on for another session!
Tu/Th: Islay Park
Remember: Tuesday Evening will be YOGA at the Park! You can bring a guest for $10 extra! Lisa Kowalski will coach you through an invigorating 60 minute Yoga class.

AG Bootcamp Back in Session!

SLO Bootcamp is beginning it's 3rd week and the decision is to keep SLO going! We've had such great response, so it will continue through summer!
Locations for the first week of AG Bootcamp:
