915 Bootcamp Cancelled Today

I hate to do it, but the wind AND rain is pretty miserable. NO Bootcamp at 915 today, Wednesday, 1/20.
We will reschedule on a Saturday, or Wed during break. I will keep you posted.

Wednesday: 6am and 915

Meet at Nelson Park's Bandstand, rain or shine! If not raining we'll workout in the park, if raining we'll hop under cover!!

Chains of Love 5,10, and 15K fun run Feb 14, Sunday

There is a pretty good chance of rain Wednesday morning. Check back to the blog on Wednesday before class to see if there is an alternate location.

Remember, a little rain/sprinkle is not keep us from working out without shelter. We are NOT made of sugar!! :)
