Monday and Wednesday: Rancho Grande Park 6-7am and 915-1015am
Monday: Circuit Training! If you haven't had a change to use the battling rope, don't miss Monday's workout. It will be used at one of the stations in the circuit. Great shoulder, upper body, and core work!
Wednesday: Cardio with Danielle
No workout out Friday this week. Both Danielle and I will be out of town. I am going up north to see my son! Can't wait!!
