4 For the Core

Here it is: your Friday Core workout!
1. Plank: on elbows and toes, 15 seconds up, rest and repeat 10x
2. Oblique V-up: 15 x each side
3. Rotating (Flying)Superwoman: 6 round trips
4. Rock N'Raise: 15 x, soles of feet together, knees wide, hand by hips, reverse crunch with toes heading toward the ceiling

2 SETS!!!
