If it looks to good to be true.....

You know the saying....it usually is. There is NO easy path to being firm, fit, and toned except getting out there and moving your body, consistently, and working through a bit of discomfort.

You've all seen the commercials.... Reebok Easy-Tone, Sketchers Shape-ups, and many more. They all claim to tone and firm up your bum and legs and on top of that, show you some pretty firm, fit, and toned models!

ACE (American Council on Exercise) Research team, in conjunction with the Univ. of Wisconsin, La Crosse, conducted one of the first independent studies on the effectiveness of the popular toning shoes and found NO evidence to suggest the shoes help wearers exercise more intensely, burn more calories, or improve muscle strength and tone. They promise "the quick-and-easy solution" but they just don't offer any benefits one can't reap through simply walking, running, or exercising in traditional athletic shoes.
