Week 5



I love to hula-hoop and it always reminds me of being a kid.  No cares, no worries, just shaking your hips back and forth!  I hope your weekend was just like that---no cares or worries!  

Locations for the week
Monday: 6am/915am Circuits at Rancho Grande Park 
Tuesday: 6am TRX at AG Rotary Bandstand 
Wednesday: 6am Tabata at Rancho Grande Park and 9:15 CardioCore TBD 
Thursday: 6am TRX at AG Rotary Bandstand 

Only 3 weeks left....what can you do to challenge yourself? Do you want to see improvements in a specific way fitness-wise? Make the most of your workout!! It's such a small part of your day, but it can be HUGE if you take it to that level! Let me know if you need accountability!
