Lose to Win: you will need to weigh-in before your workout. Grab your paper out of the folder, take your shoes off and weigh! Record your weight for Week 2. Hope your first week went well.

Continue with your goal of increased water consumption.
Week 2 Goal: Try a new healty recipe that's main ingredient is a Fall vegetable. Not sure what a Fall vegetable might be? Visit a local farmer's market and you'll see! Wed @ Spencer's Mkt, today (Sunday) in Grover and at Kennedy in SLO, etc. Please share your successes! We'd all love a new healty recipe to add to our repertoire.
