Week 2 Locations!

I know we are supposed to be wanting cold weather since it's winter and all…BUT, I am so excited about our super warm weather we are going to have this week.  Looking ahead to Wednesday and it says 81*!   This is great advertisement for an Outdoor fitness class!

Focus on your WHY's and Water this week!
1. Why are you here---increase strength, lose weight, stress-release, take your fitness to another level?  Whatever it is, focus on it this week and let it be your motivation!  CIA would love to keep you accountable to your fitness goals.  Let us know what they are so we can help!
2. Are you getting enough water?  Every day you lose water through your breath, perspiration, urine, and bowel movements. For your body to function properly, you must replenish it's water supply by consuming beverages and foods that contain water.
The institute of Medicine determined that an adequate intake for men is roughly 13 cups of total beverages a day and for women 9 cups.  Keep track this week!
