Last week of our 8 weeks!

Good evening, FIT AND FAB friends!!  
We have one more week and then Spring Break, here we come!!! Weight Loss Challengers, I know you are all ready for it.



Weight Loss Challenge:
Week 1-Hydration Nation (drink 64oz of water a day) 
Week 2-Sweet Tooth Cured (No sweets) 
Week 3-Bust a Move (workout for at least 30 minutes every day)
Week 4-On the Wagon (NO Alcohol!) 
Week 5-Clean it up--Clean eating. (No processed foods at all)

LAST and FINAL weigh-in!  Text/email me your weight and pay your final infractions!  I am so excited to announce the winner (though you are ALL winners---you've done awesome!).
